Item No.C-4 CO.PET. 490/2015 Statement of Mr.Sanjay Bansal Director of the respondent company On SA I am competent to make a statement on behalf of the respondent company and its Directors, including the Managing Director. I, on behalf of the company, admit that the respondent shall pay an amount of Rs.19 lakhs in full and final settlement of all claims towards the outstanding dues of the petitioner-company against us till date and on all accounts by 18th November, 2017. The amount shall be paid in monthly instalments of Rs.3 lakhs till the entire amount is cleared.
