% 05.10.2018 By this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner has sought directions against the SHO of police station Gandhi Nagar to seize vehicle bearing registration No. DL 12CM 4826. It is contended that the said vehicle was taken by one of the petitioner's friend who has not returned the same. Petitioner filed a complaint with SHO of police station Gandhi Nagar but no action was taken. During the course of hearing, it is revealed that petitioner has already filed a complaint under section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. before learned Metropolitan Magistrate and the same is pending. Senior learned Metropolitan Magistrate is seized of the matter. No directions are required to be passed by this Court. Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
