Notice of the execution was issued to the judgment debtor but remains unserved.

The counsel for the decree holder states that on the website of the Registrar of Companies a new address of the judgment debtor has appeared and the decree holder be permitted to serve the judgment debtor at the said address.

Execution is of a decree for recovery of Rs.20,10,000/- with interest.

In accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, this execution petition is transferred to the Court of the District Judge within whose territorial jurisdiction the immovable property at Paharganj by attachment and sale of which the decretal amount is sought to be recovered i.e. the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 1/2

I may record that the decree holder has also sought execution by attachment and sale of a property at Noida but for which purpose the decree holder to get the decree transferred to the court of appropriate jurisdiction within which the said property is situated. 6.
The decree holder to appear before the Additional District Judge/District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 17th October, 2016.
