% 05.01.2018 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that she is no longer pressing this petition. Her submission is that petitioner is the sole bread earner of the family; it may by very difficult for petitioner to appear in each and every hearing before the trial Court. This Court is informed that the next date fixed before the trial Court is 23.03.2018. On an appropriate application being filed by the petitioner before the concerned Court, the concerned competent Court shall grant exemption to the petitioner except on those specific dates when the presence of the petitioner may be required.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
