O R D E R

% 30.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look for a suitable match for his son and daughter and maintain social ties. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has handed over the latest nominal roll of the petitioner which reflects that after the present petition was filed, the petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks by the competent authority with effect from 1st November, 2018 which the petitioner has availed.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already availed the furlough, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner or set aside the communication dated 30th August, 2018.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
