W.P.(CRL) 3384/2018 1.

W.P.(CRL) 3384/2018
4.
A perusal of the nominal roll of the petitioner reveals that he has been awarded two punishments in the year 2018 itself one for abusing the escorting staff during Court production and the other fighting and hitting with the fellow inmates. Since furlough is a reward of good conduct and the petitioner's conduct in this year itself is unsatisfactory, this Court finds no ground to interfere in the order dated 19th April, 2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner seeking 1st spell of furlough. 5.
Petition is dismissed.
6.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
