By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole to search a suitable match for his son and to re-establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 6th September, 2018 informing the petitioner about the rejection of his application dated 20th August, 2018 seeking parole. 2.
The factum that the petitioner's family is residing at A-338, Madan Giri, Ambedkar Nagar has been verified and the ground on which parole has been sought has been found to be correct. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner was granted last parole on 17th January, 2018 which concession he did not misuse.

Considering the facts verified as also the nominal roll of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of 4 W.P.(CRL) 2970/2018
weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
