% 11.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to arrange funds for the education of the children and to take care of the mother.

Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the Status report the family of the petitioner comprising of his wife, children, elder brother and sister-in-law are residing at H.No. 78, Gali No. 18, B-Block, Khajuri Khas, Delhi.

As per the nominal roll the unexpired portion of the sentence of the appellant is nearly three months. Considering the unexpired portion of the sentence, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 3125/2018

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
