Issue notice. Mr. Bishnoi accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.
Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply as he has no objection to the prayer made in the petition for extension of time in concluding the arbitration proceedings.

I am informed by counsel for the parties that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 19.05.2017.

Learned counsel for the parties seek further extension of time as according to them, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal would expire on 18.11.2018.

I am informed by the counsel for the parties that the matter is at the stage of arguments.

Having regard to the record and the fact that time and money has been invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend the time for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Accordingly, the time for rendering and publishing the award is extended by six (6) months commencing from 18.11.2018. 9.
