1. The Petitioner has been now declared fit as a result of the medical examination in terms of the order passed by this Court on 27th November 2018. He has now been called for verification of his documents on 19th March 2019.
2. By the order dated 28th September 2018 passed by this Court in the present case, the Respondents were directed to keep one vacancy in the post of Sub Inspector available, keeping in view the merit position of the Petitioner.
3. Accordingly it is directed that subject to the Petitioner's documents being
found in order, and his making the cut in the merit list, the Petitioner will be issued the letter of appointment not later than eight weeks from today. If appointed, the Petitioner will not be entitled to any arrears of pay but his seniority will reckon from the date his batchmates joined service.
4. The petition and pending application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
