O R D E R

% 27.11.2017 Complainant/respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Gopal Singh of police station Mehrauli. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter of his of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, he has no objection in case FIR No.

1569/2014 under Sections 420/471/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at police station Mehrauli is quashed. A perusal of FIR shows that disputes arose between the petitioners and respondent no.2 in respect of an immovable property. Since, petitioners and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes amicably and respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating

therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
