% 01.09.2017 C.M. No.31978-79/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 7750/2017 & C.M. No. 31977/2017 The petitioner has preferred the present petition to assail the interim order dated 18.07.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (the Tribunal) in O.A. No.1051/2017. By the said order, the tribunal has directed the petitioner to release the salary of the respondent. The said O.A. has been preferred by the respondent to seek a direction that

her retirement age stands enhanced from 60 to 65 years. It appears that on 29.03.2017, the tribunal put in abeyance the retirement of the respondent. That being the position, the tribunal has directed the petitioner to pay the salary of the respondent.

In the meantime, a batch of OAs including O.A. No.20712/2016 have been allowed by the tribunal on 24.08.2017 holding in favour of the applicants like the respondent, that the age of retirement of the employees of Central Health Services, which is made applicable to the Department of AYUSH stands raised to 65 years.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Dismissed.
