The petitioner has been produced from Judicial Custody pursuant to the Production warrants.

The Petitioner impugns judgment dated 31.05.2017 of the Appellate Court dismissing the Appeal of the Petitioner impugning judgment dated 14.02.2017 and the Order on Sentence dated 17.03.2017 convicting the petitioner for an offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The petitioner was sentenced to undergo one year Simple Imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.500/- and in default to further undergo 10 days sentence.

As per the Nominal Roll of the Petitioner, petitioner had an unexpired period of sentence of ten days, as on 11.04.2018, if fine was paid.

Petitioner, who is present in person from Judicial Custody, submits that he has already paid the fine. He further submits that he does not wish to press the Revision Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, the Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

7.

The Jail Authorities are directed to release the petitioner immediately on completion of his sentence, if not required in any other case.
