Rajesh Gogna, Central Government Standing Counsel submits that no objection for repatriation of the petitioner has been received from the Government of NCT of Delhi and the petitioner's repatriation is under process in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India (Foreigner Division). The repatriation is to be done in consultation with the Ministry of External Affairs. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
