% 13.01.2017 It has been verified that surgery of petitioner's father is to take place on 18th January, 2017 for his ailment of Appendicitis. Accordingly, petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of three weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
