% 12.01.2017 Crl.M.A. 19873/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 3636/2016, Crl.M.A. Nos.19872/2016 & 543/2017 The present petition has been filed seeking protection to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has submitted that Investigating Officer SI Anoop Kumar shall ensure that on the date of evidence before the trial court i.e. on 24.01.2017, he will go and pickup the witness/prosecutrix to the Court and after the completion of her examination drop her back to her house. The

trial court is directed to examine the witness on priority basis. The present petition and pending applications are accordingly disposed of.
