O R D E R

% 20.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.530/2016 under Sections 279 IPC and Section 185 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1954 was registered at police station Vivek Vihar. It is alleged in the FIR that petitioner, while driving his car, hit two parked cars as a result whereof the said cars were damaged. Cars were owned by the respondent nos.3 and 4. Respondent no.2 is attorney of respondent no.3. Petitioner and respondent nos.2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably vide compromise deed dated 17th December, 2016. Petitioner has already paid `25,000/- to respondent no.2 for respondent no.3 and `30,000/- to respondent no.4. Respondent nos.2 & 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Sanjeev Kumar PS Vivek Vihar. Respondent nos.2 & 4 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner, of their

own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. They admit having received the entire settled amount.

They submit that FIR may be quashed in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.530/2016 under Sections 279 IPC and Section 185 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1954 registered at police station Vivek Vihar, is quashed. Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
