% 14.03.2018 Crl.M.A.4740/2018 Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. By this application the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 5th January, 2018 to the extent that since the minor son is not in his custody, he is finding it difficult to get the FDR made in the name of his son as he does not have necessary document in this regard. Considering the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner, clause (ii) of para 5 of the order dated January 05, 2018 is modified and the petitioner will now deposit a sum of ₹30 lakh with the Registrar General of this Court which amount will be kept in a Fixed Deposit subject to the final outcome of the trial before the learned Trial Court or the settlement, if any, between the parties.

Intimation of the deposit as aforesaid be furnished before the learned Trial Court.
