2. Notice. Mr.Varun Nischal, the learned counsel for the Respondents accepts notice and states that the order for refund together with interest has already been issued and a copy thereof will be handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner during the course of the day.

3. In that view of the matter, the only direction that requires to be issued is that the amount of refund together with interest due thereon will be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner within a week from today. W.P.(C) 6833/2017
