% 13.09.2017 Status report has come to be filed. In para 2 of the status report, it is stated, as follows :

"That, the property in question i.e. Property No. F-7, West Jwahar Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi has been inspected initially on 03.01.2017 by Junior Engineer and found that the above mentioned property consist of Stilt, Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor & Third Floor. The Building Plan has been sanctioned vide no.55/(B)- II/Shah(S) dated 22.08.2016 for Stilt, Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor & Third Floor. The deviations carried out beyond Sanctioned Building Plan have been booked vide booking file no.14/B/UC/SS/17 dated 03.01.2017. The demolition order has been passed on 30.01.2017. In view of the action having already been taken, nothing survives in the instant petition and is disposed off accordingly.

Should the petitioner have any cause for any further inaction(s) attributable to respondent no.1, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition.
