The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for anticipatory bail in FIR No.264/2017, registered at PS Shalimar Bagh, under Sections 326B/506 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the report on MLC that no fresh external injury was seen at the time of medical examination and the real dispute between the parties being mentioned in the Kalandara (Annexure -6), the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration that despite the complainant/injured alleging that some hot liquid was thrown on her she was immediately taken to Dr.Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Rohini, the MLC records that no fresh external injury was seen at the time of medical examination. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest she shall be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. 7.
Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

The bail application is disposed of.
