% 06.11.2017 Respondent no. 2 alleged in the FIR that some unknown person was troubling her by making unwarranted calls. She gave his mobile number from which she had been receiving calls. During the investigation, it was revealed that petitioner was making such calls.

Petitioner and respondent no. 2 are related to each other. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled the matter amicably with the intervention of their family members. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Anuj of Police Station Okhla Industrial Area.
