The petitioner has filed this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.338/2017 under Sections 376/354/506 IPC, PS Burari.

The petitioner is brother-in-law (Devar) of the complainant. Vide order dated 4th August, 2017, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation.

Today learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and co-operated in the same. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has joined the investigation and co-operated in the same, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal BAIL APPLN. 1510/2017

bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the IO/SHO concerned. 5.

The bail application is allowed.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
