The present Petition under Section 378(3) Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking Leave to Appeal against the Judgment dated 08.06.2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in FIR No. 76/2002, under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC and Sections 4/4A of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi, whereby Respondents No.2 to 6 have been acquitted of the offences charged with.

None has appeared for the Petitioner today. Record shows that none has been appearing on her behalf for last many dates. Court Notice sent to the Petitioner has been received back with the report "no such person resides at the given address".
