% 16.08.2017 CM APPL. 29160/2017 (directions) On 03.08.2017, writ petition seeking withdrawal/quashing of the vacation notice dated 07.07.2017 was dismissed as withdrawn extending protection as provided therein, as under:- "Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is directed that for a period of seven days from today, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondent on the premise of the impugned vacation notice. It is made clear that no part of this order shall have any bearing on the merits of the appeal, that may be preferred by the appellant. The petition is disposed off accordingly."

By the instant application, the applicant/petitioner now seeks directions to be given to the respondent-EDMC to supply a show cause notice, demolition order and sealing order, if any. Prayer made in the instant application, especially, when the petition is already
