This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 22nd August, 2017.

The counsel for the respondent No.1 states that he has no objection. The counsel for respondent No.1, on further inquiry states that the respondents No. 2 and 3 are not even contesting the suit. 3.
The counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents No. 2 and 3 are proforma parties.

Though the Sub-Registrar II, West District, Basai Darapur, Delhi is also impleaded as respondent No.4 and none appears on his
behalf inspite of service but the same does not come in the way of transfer.

The petition is allowed.

CS No.602976/2016 titled Manjeet Singh Vs. Anuj Gund & Ors. earlier pending in the Court of Mr. V.K. Jha, Civil Judge, (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and now stated to be pending in the Court of Ms. Richa Sharma, Civil Judge (West) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is ordered to be transferred to the Court earlier presided by Ms Aditi Garg Civil Judge (Central) Delhi where CS No.613422/2016 also titled Manjeet Singh Vs. Anuj Gund & Ors is pending. 7.
The transferor Court to transfer the suit forthwith so that the same is taken up in the transferee court on 13th October, 2017 when the suit already pending before it is stated to be listed. 8.
Petition is disposed of.
