% 30.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only two stolen mobile phones are stated to had been recovered from the petitioner. There is no independent evidence against the petitioner to show that he had stolen the mobile phones, except the confessional statement of petitioner regarding theft of 40 mobile phones from Cargo Area, T-3, IGI Airport, New Delhi. Petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2017. Learned APP submits that petitioner had stolen 40 mobile phones and thereafter, had sold the same to different persons. Petitioner had purchased a swift car from the sale proceeds of the stolen property. She further submits that the offence is serious in nature, therefore, petitioner may not be granted bail.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ` 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Dasti.
