The learned Mediator has placed on record the settlement agreement as executed between the parties dated 19 March 2025 in terms of which the parties have agreed as follows: "a) It has been agreed between the Parties that they have settled the entire dispute for a total sum of Rs. 5,47,470/- (Rupees Five Lakh Forty Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Only) which was deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court and the said amount has already been released to the Second Party. The Second Party acknowledges the receipt of the same. b) The Parties agree that they have settled all their disputes and differences qua the present RFA 535/2015 and decided not to raise any claim, of whatsoever nature, in future.

c) The First Party has No-objection if the Sale Deed kept as security by the Second Party vide order dated 02.12.2024 deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court be released by the Hon'ble Court in favour of Second Party.

d) The First Party agrees and undertakes that they shall pray before The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 27/03/2025 at 15:05:41

Hon'ble Court to dispose of the present RFA 535/2015 in terms of the present Settlement Agreement."

Mr. Deepak Acharya, learned counsel appears on behalf of the Appellants and Mr. Modassir Khan, learned counsel for the Respondent enter appearance through video conferencing. Both counsels confirm the terms of the present settlement. 3.

In terms of the settlement, the first party i.e., the Appellant herein, states that he has "no objection" if the sale deed kept as security by the second party i.e., the Respondent herein, is released in favour of the second party. The learned Registrar is directed to release the said document to the second party.

Accordingly, the present appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement as executed between the parties. HARISH VAIDYANATHAN SHANKAR, J.
