% 13.10.2017 Mr. Rakesh Kumar Khanna, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition as the cases of the petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 17 is being considered by the Town Vending Committee and the case of the remaining petitioners would also approach by the Town Vending Committee as and when it is functional.

Accordingly, the present petition as well as the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.
