% 11.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present bail application and submits that he be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh bail application before the concerned Court below.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Court below, if desires, as per law.
