% 16.11.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner / applicant vide IA No.12926/2017 seeks to withdraw the present OMP (COMM) No.293/2017 and also to release the amount of Rs.2.5 Crores as awarded by the learned arbitrator to the respondent No.1 within three months from today. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has no objection to the same and accepts the amount, without prejudice to his right to claim interest as per law.

In view of above, the IA No.12926/2017 is allowed. Consequently, the petition and pending application(s) is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs.2.5 crores to the

respondent No.1 within three months from today, which shall be without prejudice to the rights of the later to claim interest, per arbitral award.
