Apprehending her arrest, the petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the complainant, has approached this court for granting her anticipatory bail under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short Cr.P.C.) in case FIR No. 120/2017, registered on 30.04.2017 with Police Station Nabi Karim, Delhi, under Section 308/506/34 of IPC. 2.
Status report has been filed.

Initially the FIR No.29/2017 under Sections 279/337 IPC, Police Station Pahar Ganj, Delhi, was registered on 13.01.2017 on the basis of the DD Entry while the husband of the complainant namely Sachin was driving a motorcycle which was got slipped. The complainant was the pillion rider. 4.
The complaint on the basis of which the said FIR No.120/2017 was registered after about 31⁄2 months on 30.04.2017 find mention the factum of accident on 13.01.2017.
The complainant was initially taken to Lady Harding Medical College Hospital, New Delhi, on 12th January, 2017 with the alleged history of road accident. Thereafter, she was shifted to Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital on 13th January, 2017 and she was admitted there
with the history of head injury.
Her treatment continued there till 28.02.2017.

On 9th March, 2017, the complainant gave a handwritten complaint to the SHO, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi, wherein there are no allegations against the petitioner of causing her any injury. Her statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded by the learned MM on 20.03.2017 wherein there are general allegations of demand of dowry against the petitioner. 6.
It is pointed out that the father-in-law of the complainant has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 29th May, 2017 in Bail Application No.1035/2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event the petitioner is arrested, she shall be released on bail forthwith on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO/Arresting Officer/MM concerned, subject to the following conditions: - (i) she shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (ii) she shall not contact the complainant or her family members in any manner (iii) she shall not extend any threat to the complainant or her family member.
(iv) she shall join the investigation as and when called for. 8.
The application is disposed of.
