The counsel for the plaintiffs / non-applicants appears on advance notice and seeks passover.

Considering the nature of the application, passover is declined. 3.

The defendant seeks modification of the order dated 13th November, 2018 to the extent of requiring the defendant to fortnightly file affidavit in this Court. It is stated that the defendant is unable to collate all the data required to be given, on a fortnightly basis. It is pleaded that the direction for filing affidavit be on a monthly basis.

The order dated 13th November, 2018 is modified by directing the defendant to, every month instead of every fortnight, file affidavit as already directed.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
