% 06.03.2019 A copy of the Status Report has not been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, although a copy of the same is on record. In view of the Medical Report dated 12.12.2018 from the Medical Officer-Incharge, Central Jail No.13, Tihar, New Delhi, the petitioner‟s medical condition is stated to be under management of the Jail Hospital. All prescribed medicines have been provided to him. The petitioner has also been examined at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and has been prescribed conservative treatment and advised follow-up only on SOS basis.

In view of the above, this petition is not being pressed at this stage. The petition is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the court in case of any medical exigency.
