O R D E R

% 19.04.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation vide settlement agreement dated 15.12.2015, which is found on record. The same has been signed by the representatives of the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall form part of the decree. Since the matter has been settled in mediation, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
