Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the judgment debtor states that the Arbitral Award dated 15.01.2010 has been stayed by the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh on 16.01.2024.

Since the impugned Award has been stayed and there is no presence on behalf of the decree holder, the present execution petition stands disposed of with liberty to revive the same as and when the stay order is vacated.
