% 16.01.2017 It appears that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of revision against the impugned appellate order, whereby, the punishment of removal of service conferred upon the petitioner has been reduced to punishment of compulsory retirement. The petitioner has availed all the remedies and filed a revisional application which, it is stated, is pending for over two months. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned authority to dispose of the revisional application positively within four weeks. Dasti.
