% 11.08.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of habeas corpus. It is submitted that wife of the petitioner is being illegally detained by respondent no.4, father of the girl. Notice was issued in the matter. Respondent no.4 is present in Court. He has also produced his daughter. We have interacted with Nagma in the Chamber in the presence of Ms. Radhika Kolluru, counsel for the State. We have thereafter interacted with the father of Nagma as well. Ms. Nagma submits that she does not want to join the company of the petitioner.
