This is the petition filed by the Petitioner seeking parole for a period of three months on compassionate grounds as his mother is suffering from various ailments.

Notice. Mr.Jamal Akhtar, Advocate appearing for Mr.Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. 3.

On behalf of State, it has been submitted that the representation made by the Petitioner to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi seeking parole on the same ground, is still pending.

In the given circumstances, the Govt. of NCT of Delhi is directed to dispose of the application/representation of the Petition within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is also directed that order shall also W.P.(CRL) 2295/2017

be communicated to the Petitioner through Jail Superintendent. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of with above directions. 6.
