2. Issue notice to the Respondents. Mr Satyakam, learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents.

3. It is directed that the Respondents shall process the refund application of the Petitioner and issue the refund order within four weeks from today. The refund amount together with the interest allowable thereon in accordance with law shall be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner within one week thereafter. If there is non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. W.P. (C) 6690/2017
