% 14.09.2017 The learned counsel for the appellant in this cross appeal submits that the matter has been amicably resolved by a settlement in Lok Adalat on 9th September, 2017, such settlement having been recorded in the appeal of the insurance company, it being MAC APP.1069/2016. She submitted that no further relief on this cross appeal is sought, therefore, it may be treated as disposed of in terms of the said settlement. Ordered accordingly.
