+ CONT.CAS(C) 542/2017 & CM APPL. 27978/2017 ZOYA GILL & ANR ..... Petitioners Through Mr. Abhishek Singh, Adv.

versus YOGESH K TYAGI ..... Respondent Through Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, Adv.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 05.09.2017 Mr. Rupal, ld. counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that provisional admission has been offered to the petitioner no.1 yesterday and on payments of the dues etc., the petitioner no.1 can proceed with the admission.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner concedes for the provisional admission offer. Nothing survives further in the instant proceedings in view of the developments and the contempt petition is disposed off accordingly. Should there be any cause for the petitioner for revival of the petition, the petitioner would be at liberty to get it revived.
