O R D E R

% 08.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 and 3 have settled the disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.1175/2015 under Sections 420/448/468/471/506/34 IPC registered at PS Khajuri Khas, on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 & 3 are present in the Court and have been identified by SI Kapil Kumar. They submit that they have settled the dispute with the petitioners out of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They have identified their signatures on the compromise deed at points 'X' & 'Y' and state that they do not wish to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 & 3, who are related to each other,

in the interest of justice, FIR No.1175/2015 under Sections 420/448/468/471/506/34 IPC registered at PS Khajuri Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J AUGUST 08, 2017 sm
