CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 01.02.2018 Crl.M.A. 1977/2018 By this application Mr. Deepak Dagar seeks leave to be impleaded as petitioner No.4.

Application is allowed impleading Deepak Dagar as petitioner No.4. W.P.(CRL) 2217/2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 68/2017 under Sections 307/336/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act registered at PS Kalkaji.

The above-noted FIR was registered after a firing incident took place at Hotel Eros, Nehru Place. It is the case of the prosecution that after a quarrel took place between the two groups at the Hype Bar, both the groups fired.

Considering the nature of weapons used and the gravity of offence, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR on the basis of compromise. W.P.(CRL) 2217/2017

Petition is dismissed.

MUKTA GUPTA, J.
