% 30.07.2018 During the course of hearing, the only prayer pressed in this petition by learned counsel is that trial court be directed to dispose of the petition under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act expeditiously.

Accordingly, trial court is directed to dispose of the complaint of the respondent no.2 expeditiously and preferably within one year.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
