By this petition, the petitioner who is complainant in case FIR No.190/2017 initially registered under Section 498A/406/34 IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act at PS Prashant Vihar had sought transfer of investigation and incorporation of offences under Section 376/354/354A/354B/384 IPC etc. The complaint on which FIR No.190/2017 was ultimately registered was given by the complainant on 14th January, 2017 before the CAW Cell and FIR was registered on 11th April, 2017. During the course of investigation on 9th August, 2017, in view of her complaint and statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., Section 376 IPC has also been added to the investigation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since relevant provisions of Sections have been added, he does not wish to pursue the present petition W.P.(CRL) 2215/2017

any more and the same be permitted to be withdrawn. 3.
