% 01.10.2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the „Act‟) has been filed by the parties to the arbitration seeking extension of time for making of the Award by the Sole Arbitrator.

Having perused the contents of the petition, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of four months with effect from 30.09.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
