The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.
The Oriental Insurance Company Limited ('the appellant/insurance company', for short) had sought reduction in the compensation awarded by the Tribunal. The parties have agreed to settle the dispute and have agreed to reduction in the Award to the tune of Rs.2,40,000/-along with accrued interest on the same.

It is informed that the appellant/insurance company has deposited the entire Award amount of Rs.9,57,176/- along with interest @ 9% per annum with the MACT. The Tribunal is directed to release a sum of Rs.2,40,000/- along with accrued interest to the authorised agent of the appellant/insurance company on proof of identity.

The balance amount of Rs.7,17,176/- along with accrued interest lying deposited with the Tribunal shall be released to the Respondents/claimants Munni, Vikas Dhama, Tannu and Akash, in terms of the Award on production of documents of identification.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- along with interest, if any, shall be returned to the appellant/insurance Company by the Registrar General of this Court.
6.
The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 8.
The file be consigned.
9.
