O R D E R

% 09.05.2018 Affidavit of Superintendent, Tihar Jail has been placed on record stating that the order directing production of the petitioner was not communicated to him. Petitioner has been produced in Court today. In the meantime, the petitioner has also filed an affidavit giving the latest address of his family members and where he would be staying if parole is granted to him i.e. House No.26/115, Sultanganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. As per the Status Report, this address has been verified and the mother and brother of the petitioner were found residing there. As per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner was released twice on parole once in the year 2015 and second time in the year 2016 by this Court and there is no allegation that he misused the said concession. W.P.(CRL) 2268/2017

Considering the verification report and the Nominal Roll of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Tihar Jail. Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
