CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 09.08.2017 Petitioner is seeking parole for the partition of the property. Petitioner has already availed the benefit of furlough for a period of two weeks in the months of January, 2017 and April, 2017, respectively. Remaining sentence of the petitioner is about 31⁄2 months.Keeping in mind that petitioner had been out on furlough on two occasions and had sufficient time to take care of the property matters, I am not inclined to grant parole.
Petition is dismissed.
